What you will do

• Lead renewal strategies and negotiate with insurers to secure best-in-class cover and pricing.
• Advise clients on risk profiles and translate them into clear recommendations.
• Manage the full lifecycle of tenders and new business opportunities.
• Coordinate claims oversight and ensure insightful reporting for clients.
• Develop growth plans for your portfolio and track performance against targets.
• Nurture insurer partnerships and monitor market trends impacting residential property risks.

Requirements

• Must have experience managing residential property insurance portfolios (blocks of flats, RMCs, RTMs).
• Proven track record in broking, placement, and negotiation with major UK property insurers.
• Experience leading renewals, tenders, and claims advocacy in a regulated environment.
• Proficiency with broking platforms (e.g., Acturis) and strong Excel reporting skills.
• Ability to communicate complex insurance matters to senior-level stakeholders.
• Must be based in or able to work from the London office on a hybrid basis.
