Salary: $163,000 - $187,000

What you will do

• Lead high-impact discovery sessions with enterprise customers to identify creative workflows and pain points.
• Design and deliver tailored product demos for brand, design, and marketing stakeholders.
• Advise customers on brand governance, template systems, and scalable approval workflows.
• Create reusable playbooks, enablement content, and solution guides for the AMER region.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Product teams to support the customer journey.

Requirements

• Experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, enterprise onboarding, or creative operations.
• Professional background in graphic design, brand design, or creative operations.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and present confidently to senior stakeholders and large groups.
• Strong visual storytelling skills and a designer's eye.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
