What you will do

• Own a portfolio of partners and merchants, ensuring performance, growth, and retention.
• Serve as the primary relationship owner and trusted advisor for key stakeholders.
• Analyze performance data to drive improvements in order volume and reliability.
• Lead end-to-end issue resolution and manage escalations through cross-functional coordination.
• Identify and execute revenue growth and operational optimization opportunities.
• Drive initiatives with Operations, Product, and Support teams to enhance partner experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or sales.
• Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis tools.
• Ability to travel up to 25-50% within the designated market.
• Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
