TL;DR
Enterprise Account Partner (SaaS): Managing and expanding relationships with strategic enterprise customers with an accent on retention, adoption, and long-term value. Focus on driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities while acting as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders.
Location: Must be based in CA, CO, WA, or OR. Not eligible for hire within Chicago city limits.
Salary: $120,000–$140,000 base + $40,000 variable per year (for CA/CO).

What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts.
- Drive customer retention and platform adoption through proactive engagement.
- Lead Executive Business Reviews (EBRs/QBRs) and strategic account planning.
- Identify and execute expansion opportunities through cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams.
- Monitor account health and mitigate risks to ensure customer success.
Requirements
- Must be based in CA, CO, WA, or OR.
- Proven experience managing strategic enterprise SaaS accounts.
- Experience partnering with executive stakeholders in complex organizations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value.
- No visa sponsorship available.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
