What you will do

  • Manage, coach, and support a team of field-based loss adjusters to drive engagement and performance.
  • Ensure KPI targets are achieved while maintaining outstanding customer service standards.
  • Handle complex property and high-net-worth claims in line with client requirements.
  • Maintain technical accuracy and quality throughout the entire claims lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders.
  • Control and progress claims from initial instruction through to final conclusion.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United Kingdom.
  • Significant professional experience in Property Loss Adjusting.
  • Proven track record in handling property and high-net-worth claims.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Resilience and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
