What you will do
- Manage, coach, and support a team of field-based loss adjusters to drive engagement and performance.
- Ensure KPI targets are achieved while maintaining outstanding customer service standards.
- Handle complex property and high-net-worth claims in line with client requirements.
- Maintain technical accuracy and quality throughout the entire claims lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and key stakeholders.
- Control and progress claims from initial instruction through to final conclusion.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United Kingdom.
- Significant professional experience in Property Loss Adjusting.
- Proven track record in handling property and high-net-worth claims.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Resilience and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
