Account Executive II (Insurance)

What you will do

• Develop and execute account renewal strategies to retain customers and drive profitability.
• Negotiate financial renewals and contracts with clients and producers.
• Manage client issues to resolution while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with underwriting, actuarial, and product teams to deliver total product solutions.
• Conduct finalist presentations for existing and new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (or 6 years of equivalent experience).
• 2-5 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Client-facing roles.
• 2-5 years of experience in the Insurance Industry or Employee Benefits.
• State-specific Producer License in Accident & Health (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Valid Driver's License for required travel.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce.
