Salary: $95,000 – $120,000 per year

What you will do
- Support Senior Account Managers in managing an assigned book of business and executing client deliverables.
- Serve as an advisory partner for clients, addressing day-to-day service needs, eligibility, and billing.
- Coordinate the annual renewal process and review the accuracy of client-facing benefit materials.
- Manage compliance tasks, including 5500 filings, SPD wrap documents, and CMS reminders.
- Facilitate new client onboarding, carrier implementations, and post-enrollment audits.
- Collaborate with benefits technology teams for system setup and data updates via CRM (D365).
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a broker agency or benefit administration firm.
- Current Life and Health license.
- Experience working with US clients having 1000+ enrolled employees.
- Experience with self-funded arrangements and pharmacy/stop loss carve-outs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience with benefit administration systems.
- Practical knowledge of quoting processes and tools.
