What you will do
- Cultivate and manage a portfolio of clients, identifying business problems and providing appropriate insurance solutions.
- Build a new client base using the MMA Midwest sales process and delivering compelling customized presentations.
- Analyze coverage, program financials, and loss rates to recommend and execute service plans that create measurable value.
- Lead and mentor client service teams, ensuring all members are aligned on pending issues and service plan completion.
- Monitor client satisfaction through proactive engagement and personal relationships to ensure high retention rates.
- Oversee the placement of insurance products by analyzing the marketplace and carrier appetites.
Requirements
- Must hold or obtain a Producer's License in the state of residence for Fire/Casualty or Life/Health.
- BS/BA in business, management, insurance, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in an Account Executive or client-facing position.
- Ability to travel to attend client and internal meetings as needed.
