About the Role

You will support the in-office technical experience by maintaining conference-room AV systems, troubleshooting workplace hardware, managing IT and AV inventory, and assisting with remote technical support as time permits.

Requirements

• Experience troubleshooting basic AV setup issues with Google Meet or Zoom conference systems
• Experience assisting presenters and providing live support for meetings
• Hands-on experience with basic network infrastructure and office hardware troubleshooting
• Problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Google Meet
• Knowledge of Zoom
• Knowledge of network infrastructure
• Knowledge of office hardware

Responsibilities

• Ensure AV systems in conference rooms and shared office spaces function properly
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with printers, monitors, keyboards, and office desk peripherals
• Track and manage on-premise IT and AV inventory, including Google Meet hardware and Apple laptops
• Assist with non-office and remote technical support requests as time permits
