What you will do
- Define and execute the global social media master plan across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and YouTube.
- Build and manage an AI-powered content engine to scale production of posts, short-form video, and carousels.
- Partner with product marketing, PR, and demand generation to align social strategy with broader business goals.
- Implement advanced social listening tools to capture market trends and voice-of-customer insights.
- Manage paid social experiments and optimize bidding strategies to drive inbound traffic and demand.
- Track and report on engagement metrics, CAC, and multi-touch attribution to demonstrate pipeline influence.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience managing multi-channel global social or media programs in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity.
- Expert-level proficiency in modern media stacks including Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and native ad platforms.
- Proven ability to influence executive leadership using data-driven logic and performance narratives.
- Deep understanding of funnel attribution, ROI delivery, and experimentation frameworks.
- Must be based in the United States and willing to travel 20–30% of the time.
- BA/BS degree required.
