What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end paid social strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, and supporting channels (Reddit, X, CTV).
  • Translate full-funnel campaign strategies into architecture, creative requirements, and measurement KPIs.
  • Manage daily operations, including audience research, bid strategy, and intent-based retargeting.
  • Partner with brand and creative teams to ensure all assets are high-performing and on-brand.
  • Develop and execute a continuous A/B testing framework for creative, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights for marketing leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on paid social experience in high-growth B2B companies.
  • Deep expertise in Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, including Conversions API and lead gen forms.
  • Proven track record of driving qualified pipeline at scale and improving ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Sigma, or SQL.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CJIS certification (requires FBI fingerprint-based background check).

Nice to have

  • Experience with emerging channels like Reddit, X, TikTok, or CTV.
  • Familiarity with ABM platforms and intent-based retargeting.
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and marketing attribution models.
  • Proficiency with creative analytics tools or generative AI for creative ideation.
