What you will do

• Concept, script, shoot, edit, design, and publish content for various social media platforms.
• Write social posts for hirify.global executives on LinkedIn and X, capturing their point of view.
• Assess hirify.global's current social presence, identify gaps, and build a strategic plan.
• Hypothesize, test, and iterate on content formats and hooks to drive social growth.
• Compress the time from trending moment to live post, ensuring timely and relevant content.
• Engage in comment threads to spark conversation and build the brand voice.

Requirements

• Live on social media and stay updated on trends and opportunities.
• Have 5+ years of experience creating social content.
• Possess skills in writing killer copy, shooting and editing short-form video, designing static graphics, and building carousels.
• Ship content consistently, maintaining a 5-7x/week output.
• Understand product and user experience to create resonant content.
• Use AI tools as part of your daily production workflow.
• Have strong editorial judgment about AI-generated content.
• Have platform-native intuition for X and LinkedIn, with working knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
• Are in San Diego or willing to relocate. This role is hybrid.
