TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (AI Security): Driving the adoption of CalypsoAI’s security platform within strategic financial services accounts with an accent on complex, consultative sales cycles and executive-level engagement. Focus on translating technical AI security capabilities into business value for C-level stakeholders and expanding hirify.global’s market leadership in the generative AI space.

Location: Must be based in or near the NY Metro area (Hybrid role).

Salary: $143,200 – $214,800 per year.

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing within named financial services accounts.
  • Build and execute territory plans targeting CIO, CISO, and AI/Innovation leadership.
  • Lead complex sales cycles by aligning technical AI security capabilities with regulatory and risk outcomes.
  • Act as a product specialist for CalypsoAI, partnering with hirify.global enterprise account teams to drive new revenue.
  • Conduct executive-level product demonstrations and proof-of-value engagements.
  • Manage pipeline, forecasting, and deal strategy while contributing to the enterprise sales playbook.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, preferably in cybersecurity or AI-related solutions.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity or security-focused sales with experience engaging CISOs and risk teams.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, high-value deal cycles in large enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in value-based selling methodologies such as MEDDIC or Command of the Message.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and executive audiences.
  • Must be based in the NY Metro area to support field operations.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in startup or scale-up environments.
  • Deep knowledge of Generative AI and LLM ecosystems.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot.
