What you will do

  • Develop and execute territory plans to exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including new business acquisition, customer expansion, and renewals.
  • Build a robust pipeline through outbound efforts, BDR collaboration, channel partners, and marketing leads.
  • Drive consultative sales motions by leveraging deep technical understanding of hirify.global’s solutions.
  • Multi-thread across accounts to engage divisional buyers and build strategic relationships with senior executives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback and improve product adoption.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of managing complex six-figure deals.
  • Must be based in or able to work from Los Angeles, CA.
  • Proven ability to beat annual targets of $1M+.
  • Experience multithreading into the C-suite and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Proficiency in software and system tools including SFDC, Tableau, and G-suite.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
