What you will do

  • Provide on-site service and customer support during field visits and dispatches.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network errors; determine effective solutions.
  • Create and manage incidents in the ServiceNow platform and document resolutions.
  • Handle installation, move, add, and change (IMAC) requests for IT infrastructure across office spaces, reservation centers, and airport locations.
  • Generate detailed service reports and maintain clear documentation of processes and procedures.
  • Monitor radio communications for ticket-related IT issues and perform regular rounds to verify customer-facing equipment functionality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure support, preferably in a field service role.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent understanding of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
  • Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow, for incident creation and management.
  • Ability to document technical procedures and solutions clearly and accurately.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time and work independently with effective time management.
