IT Field Service Technician (IT Infrastructure)

Location: Onsite in Saint Paul, Minnesota 55111; travel up to 20% required.

Salary: $49,900–$60,300 per year.

What you will do

• Provide onsite service and customer support during field visits and dispatches.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and setup issues across office, reservation center, and airport environments.
• Manage installation, move, add, and change requests and provide secondary support for local and remote break/fix issues.
• Create and manage incidents in ServiceNow and maintain detailed service reports.
• Document technical procedures, complex issue resolutions, and workaround processes.
• Monitor radio communications, inspect customer-facing equipment, and manage daily field-service workflow.

Requirements

• Experience supporting IT infrastructure in a field service role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow.
• Clear technical documentation, customer service, communication, independent work, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Saint Paul and travel up to 20% of the time.
