What you will do

• Influence prospects through the loan application process and close sales within 1–2 calls.
• Manage a pipeline of up to 20 active transactions to ensure consistent progress.
• Identify customer pain points and articulate the value of digital personal finance solutions.
• Consistently exceed daily and weekly sales targets to maximize commission earnings.
• Maintain accurate records and navigate CRM systems during high-energy customer interactions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of recent inside sales experience, preferably in an outbound call center environment.
• Proven track record of success in commission-heavy sales roles.
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift including one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
• Must be based in Arizona, Texas, or Florida, with the ability to attend training in the Tempe, AZ office.
• Proficiency in navigating CRMs like Salesforce while maintaining high-energy conversations.
