What you will do

• Lead day-to-day execution of public offerings and private placements, including marketing document preparation and financial model review.
• Manage transaction processes, including due diligence coordination, financing alternative analysis, and documentation negotiation.
• Establish and maintain client trust by identifying needs and providing strategic project leadership.
• Assist senior bankers in business development and contribute to deal team revenue targets.
• Manage, train, and develop Associates and Analysts to ensure high-quality workflow and production.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, NY for this on-site role.
• MBA with at least 3 years of capital markets experience or undergraduate degree with at least 6 years of capital markets experience.
• Strong transaction history with proven ability to lead execution teams.
• Expertise in financial modeling and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to interact comfortably with senior executives and exercise discretion with confidential information.
• Series 79 and 63 licenses preferred; required to obtain upon hiring if not already held.
