What you will do

• Lead the syndication process for co-investments across diverse alternative investment strategies.
• Structure investment transactions by addressing commercial, legal, accounting, and regulatory considerations.
• Market investment opportunities to external clients and manage the preparation of deal-related materials.
• Negotiate commercial and legal agreements with investor clients.
• Coordinate with investment deal teams and functional areas to facilitate the closing of syndication processes.
• Track co-investment activity and prepare performance analyses for firm leadership.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in investment banking, alternatives investing, or fundraising.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead various constituencies toward common objectives.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects under high-pressure situations and tight timeframes.
• Strong judgment and problem-solving capabilities.
• Must be a team player and self-motivated.
