What you will do

• Own credit management activities and drive P&L outcomes for the Ashley Furniture portfolio.
• Lead credit and operational risk assessments, policy enforcement, and fraud mitigation strategies.
• Influence deal structuring, pricing strategy, and evaluation of new programs.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive credit performance presentations to clients and leadership.
• Champion innovative risk strategies using champion/challenger approaches.
• Mentor and develop credit team members to foster business acumen and technical expertise.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required (no visa sponsorship).
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of strategic analytical experience (or 9+ years without a degree).
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in portfolio management, credit strategy, and policy.
• Strong programming skills in SAS, R, or Python for large data set analysis.
• Proven experience developing consumer credit risk strategies.
• Ability to commute to a physical Hub for in-person engagement activities.
