What you will do

• Analyze U.S. monetary, fiscal, and regulatory policies to assess impacts on global liquidity and funding markets.
• Create and maintain economic models for deploying firm financing resources under volatility and credit constraints.
• Manage risk for trading books and execute orders across fixed income, FX, and interest rate products.
• Collaborate with strategists and engineers to build automated pricing and hedging approaches.
• Communicate market insights and trade ideas to clients and firm management.
• Train and mentor junior team members on trading strategies and economic analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Five years of experience in a trader role within a large-scale global multi-asset financial institution.
• Must hold active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
• Advanced knowledge of Monetary Policy, Federal Reserve, SEC, and Basel Capital/Liquidity rules.
• Experience with object-oriented and functional programming concepts.
• Proven ability to manage portfolios of fixed income instruments including FX, futures, and repos.
