What you will do

• Originate, structure, and execute bank loan and high-yield bond financings.
• Advise corporate clients and financial sponsors on LBOs, M&A, and refinancing.
• Serve as a key intermediary between debt capital markets and issuing clients.
• Collaborate with Investment Banking, Credit, and Research teams on complex transactions.
• Manage deal team workflows and act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders.
• Perform quantitative analysis and develop creative financial solutions for major milestones.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with 2 years of investment banking experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven track record in executing Leveraged Finance transactions.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working on deal teams.
• Strong quantitative, technical, and analytical abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, personal integrity, and ability to work in a high-energy environment.
