What you will do

• Own the roadmap for shared platform surfaces, including the homepage, search, navigation, and settings.
• Redefine the First Time Use (FTU) and setup experience using AI-driven guidance to accelerate customer onboarding.
• Ensure a coherent journey by aligning the initial setup experience with daily product usage.
• Identify and integrate AI/ML capabilities to make shared surfaces more personalized and less effortful.
• Balance near-term usability improvements with long-term strategic platform investments.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and service partners to drive cross-functional alignment on a shared vision.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience owning platform-level shared experiences or First Time Use/activation in B2B enterprise products.
• Strong point of view on utilizing AI/ML to personalize and simplify user experiences.
• Ability to design for consistency across complex products with multiple surfaces and user types.
• Proven ability to align multiple cross-functional teams without relying on top-down mandates.
• Location: Must be based in Mountain View, CA or San Diego, CA
