Solutions Engineer (Crypto/Fintech)

Location: United States - Remote. Occasional travel is required, approximately once monthly, for strategic customers, company meetings, or industry events.

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 USD annually, excluding commission, equity, and benefits. Compensation may be adjusted based on geographic location.

What you will do

• Act as a solutions and sales engineering partner throughout the pre-sales and customer implementation lifecycle.
• Design and implement analytics, processes, documentation, and technical infrastructure that accelerate sales and customer adoption.
• Guide customer business and engineering teams on API and SDK implementation best practices.
• Develop industry-specific playbooks, mentor customer engineering teams, and share implementation best practices.
• Optimize tools including Gong, Pylon, Kapa, Datadog, Amplitude, and AI-powered self-service solutions.
• Triage and resolve technical issues between prospects, customers, support engineering, product, and internal teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data, or equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions architecture, support engineering, or an equivalent role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge of APIs, including implementation and troubleshooting.
• Experience with coding, APIs, SDKs, AI tools such as Claude or Codex, and automation.
• Knowledge of crypto and fintech, including blockchain technology, digital assets, financial regulations, and related use cases.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a startup or as an early-stage team member or team builder.
• Familiarity with API management tools, SDKs, and demo software such as Coast.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
