Salary: £32,000 – £37,000

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end onboarding process for all new starters to ensure a seamless experience.
- Manage pre-employment documentation including Right to Work, DBS checks, and professional registrations.
- Coordinate onboarding schedules and deliver engaging induction sessions for new cohorts.
- Partner with Hiring Managers, IT, Payroll, and Compliance to ensure full setup before day one.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready employee records within HR systems.
- Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to support business scaling.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to London/Winnersh, UK.
- Experience in onboarding, compliance, or employee administration within a highly regulated environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth, fast-paced business.
- Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to hold others accountable.
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
