What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end onboarding process for all new starters to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Manage pre-employment documentation including Right to Work, DBS checks, and professional registrations.
  • Coordinate onboarding schedules and deliver engaging induction sessions for new cohorts.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers, IT, Payroll, and Compliance to ensure full setup before day one.
  • Maintain accurate, audit-ready employee records within HR systems.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement improvements to support business scaling.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to London/Winnersh, UK.
  • Experience in onboarding, compliance, or employee administration within a highly regulated environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-growth, fast-paced business.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to hold others accountable.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
