TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Austin, TX (In-office role)

Salary: $200,000 — $300,000 USD

What you will do

  • Lead and scale the Business Development and Commercial Inside Sales organization.
  • Own commercial new business revenue targets, forecast accuracy, and pipeline coverage.
  • Implement AI-driven tools and workflows to improve prospecting efficiency and sales productivity.
  • Develop and execute repeatable go-to-market strategies for Commercial, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
  • Recruit, coach, and develop high-performing sales managers and individual contributors.
  • Partner with Marketing and RevOps to optimize conversion across the entire sales funnel.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales leadership, or revenue roles.
  • Proven track record of scaling sales organizations within high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity companies.
  • Deep expertise in account-based go-to-market strategies and enterprise sales development.
  • Strong operational mindset with experience in funnel analysis, forecasting, and CRM management.
  • Must be able to work in-office in Austin, TX.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage modern AI-enabled sales technologies and automation.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling a venture-backed startup through rapid growth stages.
  • Familiarity with enterprise security buyers and Fortune 500 GTM motions.
  • Deep understanding of fraud prevention and threat intelligence markets.
