What you will do

• Conduct daily outbound calls to target customers to introduce hirify.global solutions.
• Identify customer IT/OT infrastructure requirements and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with field sales teams to qualify opportunities and set up meetings with key decision-makers.
• Manage day-to-day activities for high-priority accounts.
• Provide information on product availability, pricing, and cross-referencing legacy portfolios.
• Ensure delivery expectations are met by coordinating with internal inventory and manufacturing teams.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must be able to work onsite full-time in Columbus, Ohio.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound calling or direct selling.
• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and growing existing accounts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and excellent verbal/written communication skills.
