What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans for your territory to identify and capture core customer opportunities.
  • Manage accurate sales forecasting and deliver on quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain an exhaustive network of prospects to generate consistent referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to support partner capacity and meet customer demand for services.
  • Monitor competitive activity and respond with effective sales strategies.
  • Create and implement detailed call plans to maximize workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3-6 years of successful experience in Business Development.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Strong hunting capabilities and strategic operating skills.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to win over customers and partners.
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive independently and collaboratively.
