TL;DR

Client Account Manager (Data Centers): Leading new business growth and strategic account management for hyperscale and large-scale campus developments with an accent on integrated infrastructure solutions and EPC delivery. Focus on driving revenue growth, building executive-level relationships, and executing complex sales strategies within the mission-critical data center market.

Location: Must be based in the U.S., with a preference for candidates near the World Headquarters in Overland Park, KS.

What you will do

  • Drive new business development across hyperscale, colocation, and developer client segments.
  • Own and deliver an annual sales target of $50M–$150M+ with robust pipeline development.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans and complex capture strategies.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with real estate, power, and infrastructure stakeholders.
  • Lead complex pursuits, including positioning, teaming, and proposal strategy.
  • Collaborate across business lines to deliver integrated, enterprise-level infrastructure solutions.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the U.S.
  • 10-15 years of experience in the EPC industry, including 5-10 years in sales or project execution.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar sales quotas.
  • Strong understanding of data center campus planning, power delivery, and site development.
  • Experience working with hyperscale clients or major data center operators.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex buying processes and multiple decision-makers.

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience using Salesforce for pipeline management.
