Strategic Account Manager (Fintech): Managing and growing commercial relationships with high-value Property Management Companies with an accent on consultative sales, product adoption, and executive engagement. Focus on building long-term partnerships, navigating complex organizational structures, and driving revenue growth through strategic account planning.
Location: Remote or Hybrid (NYC, San Francisco, Salt Lake City). Candidates outside of these office hubs may be eligible for relocation assistance to the US.
Compensation: $140,000–$200,000 OTE (varies by location).

What you will do
- Establish and grow relationships with key stakeholders, including C-Suite executives at partner companies.
- Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact, ensuring white-glove service and high partner satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to increase product adoption and engagement.
- Manage commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and expansion opportunities within your portfolio.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
- Travel regularly to industry conferences and conduct on-site partner visits.
Requirements
- 6-8+ years of experience in Account Management, with at least 2-3 years focused on Enterprise or Strategic accounts.
- Proven ability to manage and negotiate complex commercial relationships.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to identify opportunities and utilizing AI tools for analysis.
- Experience working in tech companies and solving complex product issues.
- Excellent communication skills with a high EQ and ability to influence stakeholders.
- Must be eligible to work in the US or willing to relocate to the US for office-based roles.

- Experience in the multifamily or real estate industry.
- Proficiency with Salesforce.
- Experience in driving engagement through marketing tactics like email and digital ads.
- Background in launching or building Account Management teams at a tech company.
