Senior Functional Consultant (E-Invoicing)

What you will do

• Translate global e-invoicing, transaction control, and digital reporting mandates into business and technical design artifacts.
• Develop reusable implementation patterns, integration requirements, process flows, solution blueprints, and evolving requirements documentation.
• Analyze customer Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes and map them to platform capabilities and ERP integrations.
• Guide internal and external implementation and integration teams through mandate-specific requirements and design decisions.
• Support customer and partner onboarding, solution workshops, deployment activities, and implementation execution.
• Coordinate regulatory SMEs, product management, engineering, connector teams, implementation teams, and technology partners while identifying risks and dependencies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in ERP consulting, solution architecture, business analysis, product ownership, or enterprise software implementation.
• Experience with Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes, invoice lifecycle management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, and financial operations.
• Experience translating requirements into technical designs and implementation guidance.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Workday, Infor, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of global e-invoicing, indirect tax compliance, CTC frameworks, PEPPOL, digital reporting mandates, and B2B electronic document exchange.
• Experience designing integrations, APIs, or enterprise application architectures and working with system integrators, ISVs, or technology partners.
