Location: Must be enrolled as a student at a university in Germany. Remote work possible by mutual agreement. Offices in München and Düsseldorf.

What you will do

• Contribute to the development and harmonization of internal HR processes.
• Support quality assurance for a new document management tool across all workstreams.
• Actively participate in HR projects focused on digitalization and Generative AI.
• Collaborate with other HR units, Finance, and IT departments to shape digital setups.
• Bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the HR Solutions team.

Requirements

• Current enrollment at a university in Germany, ideally in business, social science, or humanities.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Prior internship experience or professional exposure in a service-oriented environment.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Passion for new technologies, digitalization, and Artificial Intelligence.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Familiarity with VBA, ChatGPT, or Claude.
• Experience with collaborative tools such as Trello, SharePoint, Slack, and Miro.
