What you will do

• Lead and develop a distributed team focused on client connectivity, onboarding, and production support.
• Own the delivery of client onboarding via FIX connectivity and trade reporting implementations.
• Manage vendor and client connectivity using FIX and file-based integrations, including FTP/SFTP and PGP encryption.
• Act as a senior escalation point for complex integration and reporting issues, partnering with Product and Engineering.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to prioritize activity and improve time-to-revenue.
• Implement AI, ML, and automation to enhance onboarding efficiency, monitoring, and support workflows.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in financial technology, capital markets, or electronic trading.
• Proven experience leading teams across multiple regions and time zones.
• Deep expertise in FIX Protocol (4.x/5.x) and buy-side OMS/Portfolio Management workflows.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, FTP/SFTP, and PGP encryption.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI, machine learning, or generative AI tools to operational workflows.
• Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in New York, NY.

Nice to have

• Experience with platforms such as Enfusion, Charles River, SS&C Eze, SimCorp, or Aladdin.
• Proficiency in C# or VBA.
• Knowledge of multiple asset classes, including equities, FX, OTC derivatives, and fixed income.
