TL;DR

Lead Tech Delivery (Fintech): Leading end-to-end implementations of investment management technology for financial services clients with an accent on front-, middle-, and back-office workflow design. Location: North America (Hybrid). Remote options available for specific US states (MA, NY, TX, CA, PA, FL, CO) and the Toronto region.

Salary: $134,800 – $239,400 (USD) / CAD 173,200 – 299,250

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end front-, middle-, and back-office technology implementations, including assessment, requirements, and workflow design.
  • Manage project planning, governance, and budgeting to ensure delivery on time and on budget.
  • Advise clients on investment technology selections and operating models.
  • Oversee data integration, test planning, execution, and procedure documentation.
  • Mentor junior peers in SDLC, migration strategies, and QA/testing standards.
  • Accountable for the technical workflow handover to client teams upon engagement completion.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in implementations, project management, or production support.
  • Expertise in configuration of technology such as SimCorp One/Dimension, Blackrock Aladdin, or Charles River IMS.
  • Deep understanding of the Asset and Wealth Management value chain and various investment products.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS).
  • Experience leading small to medium-sized teams in a consulting environment.
  • Openness to travel depending on client preference.
