What you will do

• Serve as the senior delivery leader for assigned client portfolios, ensuring strategies align with business objectives.
• Own end-to-end delivery outcomes, including timelines, quality, scope, risks, and executive stakeholder alignment.
• Lead and develop teams of Project Managers and Business Analysts to ensure consistent execution.
• Establish robust delivery governance, including decision-making forums, escalation paths, and portfolio health reporting.
• Manage portfolio financial performance, including P&L, margin targets, and resource planning.
• Partner with Product, Sales, and Operations teams to improve handoffs and translate client feedback into actionable product insights.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in client delivery, implementation, or program leadership within SaaS, technology, or financial services.
• Proven success leading complex client implementations with accountability for scope, timelines, and business outcomes.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and guide decision-making.
• Demonstrated experience managing delivery financials, margin performance, and resource planning.
• Experience diagnosing complex delivery challenges and implementing scalable solutions across teams.
• Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools such as Jira or Kantata.
