Compensation: $190,000 – $230,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of Implementation Managers while maintaining direct ownership of high-impact customer projects.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding, including business process mapping, ERP configuration, and system integrations.
• Partner with the Head of Implementation to standardize workflows, playbooks, and internal tooling.
• Act as a subject matter expert on accounting and revenue recognition concepts for clients.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to surface implementation insights and prioritize product enhancements.
• Track delivery metrics and implement process improvements to ensure quality and speed.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York City and available to work 5 days per week in office.
• 5-7 years of experience in software implementation, customer onboarding, or professional services within SaaS or fintech.
• Proven experience mentoring or managing a team while maintaining direct project ownership.
• Strong technical and accounting fluency, specifically with ASC 606, order-to-cash workflows, and ERP systems like NetSuite or QuickBooks.
• Excellent communication skills capable of bridging the gap between finance stakeholders and technical teams.
