TL;DR

Mid Level Tech Delivery (Fintech): Delivering end-to-end front-, middle-, and back-office technology implementations for asset and wealth management clients with an accent on investment technology selection and implementation. Focus on project planning, workflow design, and the integration of specialized systems such as SimCorp and Blackrock Aladdin.

Location: Must be based in North America (United States or Canada)

Salary: $72,000 - $153,900 (USD) / CAD 110,240 - 161,500 (Toronto)

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end implementations including requirements gathering, workflow design, configuration, and data integration.
  • Own project planning and governance, ensuring deliverables align with specifications and industry best practices.
  • Advise clients on investment technology selections and operating models.
  • Develop internal accelerators and implementation best practices (SDLC, migration, QA standards).
  • Execute test planning and deliver technical workflow handovers to client teams.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA or Canada.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in implementations, project management, or production support.
  • Expertise in front office technology: SimCorp One/Dimension, Blackrock Aladdin, Charles River IMS, Bloomberg AIM, FactSet, Finbourne, or Ridgeline.
  • Deep understanding of the Asset and/or Wealth Management value chain and investment products.
  • Intermediate proficiency in SQL and understanding of data modelling and governance.
  • Ability to lead executive-level workshops and steering committees.
