Technical Implementation Manager (Fintech)

Location: Must be based in San Francisco or New York (3 days in office required)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex client integrations for enterprise partners and payment gateways.
• Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and execution strategies.
• Orchestrate cross-functional workstreams across sales, solutions engineering, product, and operations.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and communication throughout the integration lifecycle.
• Coordinate internal approvals from legal, compliance, and risk teams to ensure timely launches.
• Track portfolio metrics and lead post-launch reviews to drive continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco or New York and able to work 3 days in office.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Delivery or Project Management for complex technology or financial services.
• 5+ years of professional services or client-facing delivery experience.
• Demonstrated experience with global payment products or technology-led business solutions.
• Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders including C-level executives.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience delivering large-scale partner integrations in fintech or regulated industries.
• Hands-on experience with API-based integrations and technical solution architecture.
• Formal project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master).
• Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts.
