Salary: $100,000 – $186,200 (USD) / CAD 136,000 – 205,675 (Toronto)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end implementations of front, middle, and back-office systems, including requirements gathering and workflow design.
• Manage project planning, budgets, and governance, including the creation of detailed statements of work.
• Define and promote implementation best practices for SDLC, migration strategy, and QA standards.
• Provide strategic perspective on investment technology selections and implementation decisions for clients.
• Partner with client stakeholders to ensure deliverables align with specifications and are delivered on budget.
• Oversee the technical workflow handover to client teams upon engagement completion.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in implementations, project management, or production support roles.
• Expertise in configuring technology such as SimCorp One/Dimension, Blackrock Aladdin, Charles River IMS, or Bloomberg AIM.
• Deep understanding of the Asset and Wealth Management value chain and various investment products.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, and AWS.
• Proven experience leading small to medium-sized teams in a consulting environment.
• Ability to travel based on client preference.
