What you will do

• Develop and execute growth strategies to drive revenue and profitability for the retail portfolio.
• Lead end-to-end customer experience initiatives to improve satisfaction and service quality.
• Drive a data-oriented culture, utilizing ROI analysis to optimize pricing and business models.
• Oversee operations for 500+ company-owned locations to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development to retail teams across the region.
• Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to achieve company-wide objectives.

Requirements

• 15+ years of senior sales leadership experience with deep automotive industry knowledge.
• 10+ years of experience in strategy development and execution at a leadership level.
• Proven track record of managing multi-unit retail operations (at least 300 stores).
• Demonstrated experience in P&L management.
• Strong business and financial acumen with a data-driven mindset.
• Ability to lead geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams.
