What you will do

• Lead the strategy, commercial performance, and customer experience for the hirify.global and Just Tires retail portfolio across 500+ company-owned locations.
• Develop growth strategies that increase revenue and profitability while strengthening the brand’s position in the automotive ecosystem.
• Increase B2C sales through customer-focused, insight-led value propositions and superior service.
• Build a data- and analytics-oriented culture using ROI analysis to optimize pricing and business models.
• Improve the end-to-end customer journey, operational efficiency, consistency, and customer and employee experiences.
• Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders and coach retail leadership to deliver company-wide objectives.

Requirements

• 15+ years of senior sales leadership experience with a deep understanding of the automotive industry and business operations.
• 10+ years in leadership roles accountable for strategy development and execution.
• Experience leading a multi-unit retail operation with at least 300 stores or outlets.
• Experience managing a retail organization, preferably in automotive or an adjacent industry.
• Experience managing a profit-and-loss function and building high-performing teams.
• Strong strategic, operational, financial, communication, influencing, and motivational skills.
