VP, Physical Security

What you will do

• Set and execute the growth strategy for the physical security division, focusing on revenue expansion and strengthening the primary OEM partnership.
• Partner with sales, solutions architects, and pre-sales teams to shape and close major enterprise opportunities.
• Oversee the safe, profitable, and customer-focused delivery of the active project portfolio.
• Own bookings, gross profit, project profitability, utilization, pricing, margins, and the full business P&L.
• Lead project managers, solutions architects, engineers, configuration staff, and field and cabling crews.
• Recruit, coach, and develop leaders while establishing scalable operating systems for continued growth.

Requirements

• Executive-level experience leading a physical security practice covering surveillance, access control, sales, project delivery, and engineering.
• Experience expanding a product line for a value-added reseller or systems integrator, with a focus on growth.
• Strong collaboration with sales teams, revenue growth, and senior customer relationship management experience.
• Experience directing large cross-functional teams across sales engineering, delivery, project coordination, and field operations.
• Hands-on ownership of a P&L, including bookings, margins, pricing, utilization, and overall business results.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
