What you will do

• Set and execute the growth strategy for the physical security division, prioritizing revenue expansion and OEM partnership development.
• Partner with sales, solutions architects, and pre-sales teams to shape and close major enterprise deals.
• Oversee the safe, profitable, and client-focused delivery of the active project portfolio.
• Own bookings, gross profit, project profitability, utilization, pricing, margins, and the full business P&L.
• Lead project managers, solutions architects, engineers, configuration staff, and field and cabling crews.
• Recruit, coach, and develop leaders while building scalable operating systems for continued growth.

Requirements

• Executive-level leadership experience running a physical security practice covering surveillance, access control, sales, delivery, and engineering.
• Experience expanding a product line within a value-added reseller or systems integrator, with a focus on growth.
• Success collaborating with sales teams, increasing revenue, and building senior customer relationships.
• Experience directing large cross-functional teams across sales engineering, delivery, project coordination, and field operations.
• Hands-on P&L ownership, including bookings, margins, pricing, utilization, and overall business performance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and compelling, engaging communication.
