What you will do

• Lead operational objectives covering safety, quality, reliability, cost, continuous improvement, and employee morale.
• Spend approximately 80% of working time on the operations floor to understand current conditions and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage building operations and drive continuous improvement to maximize customer value.
• Coach, motivate, and develop employees through standardized work, problem solving, feedback, and performance management.
• Partner with customer service and quality teams to identify client issues, determine root causes, and implement solutions.
• Ensure on-time delivery of quality products and maintain a safe working environment for employees and visitors.

Requirements

• 8+ years of successful supervisory experience in a technical or complex operations environment.
• Experience leading teams, salaried employees, and multiple departments.
• Strong verbal, nonverbal, interpersonal, and professional communication skills.
• Conflict resolution, decision-making, coaching, and change management abilities.
• Ability to use office automation, communication software, and related workplace tools.
• Must be able to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
