What you will do
- Own the French marketing strategy and execution plan to drive subscriber growth and brand presence.
- Develop full-funnel marketing plans covering awareness, consideration, trial, and subscriber acquisition.
- Execute integrated 360° campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels, including influencers and PR.
- Manage marketing budgets to maximize efficiency, profitability, and long-term growth.
- Monitor and optimize performance against KPIs, focusing on CAC, conversion, and retention metrics.
- Collaborate with Product, CRM, and Analytics teams to refine the customer journey and subscriber experience.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Project, Event, or Campaign Management.
- Strong operational skills in B2C marketing, CRM, and social media execution.
- Fluent in French and English is mandatory.
- Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, agencies, and internal teams in a fast-moving environment.
- Experience managing events from planning through to post-event follow-up.
- Must be based in Paris to adhere to the hybrid work policy.
