What you will do

• Manage and grow a sustainable pipeline of opportunities within key customers and high-growth industries.
• Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and industry events.
• Apply a consultative selling approach to define customer problems and co-develop tailored implementation plans.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for existing customers, providing troubleshooting and performance recommendations.
• Manage sales leads and inquiries using CRM tools to ensure timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
• Conduct on-site and virtual product demonstrations to showcase features and real-world applications.

Requirements

• BSc or Diploma in a technical subject or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven experience in technical B2B sales of process capital equipment or similar products.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in both account management and business development.
• Fluency in Czech and English is required.
• Ability to travel 60-70% within the Czech Republic.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
