Location: Must be based in Copenhagen and available to travel across the Zealand region.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of potential partners, driving systematic outreach and follow-ups.
  • Conduct phone and email outreach to book and hold in-person meetings with restaurant and retail partners.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and ensure a seamless handover to the Partner Onboarding Team.
  • Drive hirify.global's growth and presence across Copenhagen and the wider Zealand region.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and refine sales methodologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Fluent in Danish and English.
  • Ability to travel within Zealand, including occasional overnight stays.
  • Strong communication skills and a performance-driven "hunter" mindset.

Nice to have

  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Pipedrive.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality, restaurant, or retail industries.
