TL;DR

Sales Executive (SaaS, AI): Growing presence in the local market and shaping how organizations adopt smarter digital procurement, selling an AI-powered platform. With an accent on identifying and engaging new prospects, owning the entire sales journey from contact to upselling, and demonstrating the value of the SaaS platform. Focus on maintaining CRM data, staying ahead of public procurement developments, and consistently meeting sales targets in a fast-growing environment.

Location: Hybrid, working onsite at the office (min. 3 days per week) and from home. Locations: Denmark, Sweden, Netherlands, Finland, Germany. hirify.global does not provide relocation support and seeks candidates already based in, or with existing work authorization for, the country where the role is located.

What you will do

  • Proactively identify, engage, and build relationships with key decision-makers across your market.
  • Own the entire sales journey from first contact and discovery to negotiation, closing, onboarding, and upselling.
  • Confidently demonstrate the value and impact of hirify.global’s AI-powered SaaS platform.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM data in HubSpot to optimize pipeline and sales performance.
  • Stay ahead of developments in the local and European public procurement landscape to uncover new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Strong experience (ideally 3-5 years) in digital sales, preferably within SaaS, software, cloud, or license-based solutions.
  • Strong application of Value or Solution selling methodologies and familiarity with MEDDIC, MEDPIC, or BANT qualification frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of pipeline management and high CRM data discipline.
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Native-level fluency in at least one of Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, German, or Dutch.

Nice to have

  • Experience in high-velocity or consultative sales environments.
  • Knowledge of public procurement or regulated markets.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of an international, collaborative team.
