Location: Must be based in or commute to Wayne, NJ (Hybrid: 1-2 days at home)

Salary: $107k - $115k

What you will do

• Execute RFQs, benchmarking, and negotiations for electronics commodities under category strategy.
• Manage supplier communications, quote packages, and documentation including NDAs and SOWs.
• Coordinate First Articles, PPAPs, and validation builds with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Support NPI and engineering changes by aligning specifications, drawings, and purchasing data.
• Monitor component availability and lead times to ensure supply continuity and execute recovery actions.
• Drive annual cost savings and perform ESG risk assessments and audits for suppliers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in purchasing, sourcing, or related supply chain roles.
• Experience with cables, harnesses, PCBAs, and batteries.
• Knowledge of regulated industry standards such as GMP or ISO 13485.
• Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills.
• Location: Must be based in Wayne, NJ

Nice to have

• APICS/ISM certification.
• Prior experience working within a regulated industry.
