Salary: $71,000 - $78,000 USD

What you will do

• Administer competitive RFx processes for BESS equipment, including drafting packages and managing bid submissions.
• Perform bid evaluations and scenario analyses in Excel to assess pricing, risks, and commercial terms.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Engineering, Legal, and Finance to align equipment agreements with project documents.
• Support vendor relationship management by documenting decisions, tracking milestones, and conducting business reviews.
• Gather and summarize market intelligence on pricing, technology, and logistics to support forecasting.
• Maintain organized procurement files and trackers to ensure audit-readiness and version control.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, procurement, supply chain, or engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract administration.
• Experience supporting RFx processes or supplier management for industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (no H-1B, TN, E-3, etc.).
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Nice to have

• Experience with BESS equipment supply agreements and commercial terms like warranties and liquidated damages.
• Familiarity with the battery/PCS supplier landscape, tariffs, and lead times.
• Experience supporting utility-scale renewable energy projects.
