Salary: $120,800–$151,000 + 14% incentives

What you will do

• Design and deliver identity management and workplace security solutions tailored to client requirements.
• Act as the technical authority for security engagements, including installations, migrations, and policy development.
• Lead the implementation of cloud security tools such as M365 Defender, Defender for Cloud, and Sentinel.
• Mentor consultants and engineers on technical skills and customer-facing soft skills.
• Collaborate with Microsoft vendor representatives and internal project managers to ensure SLA compliance.
• Represent the company as a subject matter expert at trade shows and speaking engagements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in client-facing professional services or 10+ years of senior industry experience.
• Microsoft Certified Security Operations Analyst Associate and Security Administrator Associate certifications.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer experience (CX).
