Salary: $88,158 – $110,197 CAD

What you will do

• Define and influence IT solution strategies aligned with long-term business goals.
• Design, plan, and implement new infrastructure technologies and major system enhancements.
• Lead complex solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure roadmaps, runbooks, and support documentation.
• Promote standardization and automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Mentor team members and provide technical leadership across infrastructure initiatives.

Requirements

• Must hold Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
• Must have resided in Canada for at least 5 years to obtain Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B).
• University degree or college diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in a relevant IT role.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and email solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Azure core services, Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware vSphere.
• English proficiency (Spoken and Written) required.

Nice to have

• Experience with ITIL and IT Service Management frameworks.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect or Scrum Master.
• Background as a system administrator or software developer.
• French language skills.
