Location: Must be based in Canada (Remote or Hybrid options available).
Salary: $88,158 – $110,197 CAD

What you will do
- Define and influence IT solution strategies aligned with long-term business goals.
- Design, plan, and implement new infrastructure technologies and major system enhancements.
- Lead complex solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure roadmaps, runbooks, and support documentation.
- Promote standardization and automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Mentor team members and provide technical leadership across infrastructure initiatives.
Requirements
- Must hold Canadian Citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
- Must have resided in Canada for at least 5 years to obtain Reliability Status Clearance (Enhanced Level B).
- University degree or college diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in a relevant IT role.
- 5+ years of experience supporting Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and email solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Azure core services, Windows Server, Active Directory, and VMware vSphere.
- English proficiency (Spoken and Written) required.
Nice to have
- Experience with ITIL and IT Service Management frameworks.
- Certifications such as Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect or Scrum Master.
- Background as a system administrator or software developer.
- French language skills.
