Salary: $172,000 - $210,000

What you will do

• Execute quarterly earnings processes, including scripts, press releases, Q&A preparation, and investor materials.
• Coordinate cross-functional deliverables with FP&A, Accounting, Legal, and Corporate Communications for public disclosures.
• Support relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts through roadshows and conferences.
• Monitor SaaS operating metrics such as ARR, NRR, Rule of 40, and free cash flow.
• Track peer performance, valuation trends, and sector sentiment to update consensus models.
• Optimize IR workflows and reporting by evaluating and leveraging AI-enabled tools.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Equity Research, or Investment Banking.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Foundational understanding of financial modeling and valuation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Must be based in San Mateo, CA for a hybrid schedule (3 days onsite).

Nice to have

• Experience in a public company Investor Relations role.
• Familiarity with SEC disclosure requirements and Reg FD.
• Experience supporting Investor Days or analyst events.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS business models and financial metrics.
